WELCOME TO
THE  NORTHUMBRIAN ASSOCIATION

STRENGTH FROM THE PAST - VISION FOR THE FUTURE

Every year we organise a walk to celebrate Saint Cuthbert’s Day, March 20th. We walk from Chester-le-Street to Durham Cathedral via Finchale Abbey and, weather permitting, have St Cuthbert's banner leading the final procession from the Market Place in Durham.

If you are interested in our annual walk you can download a Cuddy’s Corse leaflet and map. It would be great to see you on the walk.

If you visit Durham cathedral you can see the splendid Saint Cuthbert’s banner commissioned from local designers and craftsmen by the Association.

As part of our celebration of what is good about the region we have the annual Hotspur Award. Why not propose a person or organisation for the Award?
